What's Included?
Study Set:
Includes floor plans and exterior elevations only, marked "Not For Construction".
These plans are intended for evaluation and estimating purposes only and do
not include a construction license. If you order a study set and decide you would
like to build the plan, the cost of the study set will be deducted from the cost of a
complete construction set.

of paper called Vellum that is suitable for the blueline copying process. Purchase of this type of plan set entitles the buyer to make as many copies of the plans as they require and to build from the plans as many times as they like.
You may not, however, re-sell the plans or in any way transfer them to someone else.
A typical set of drawings includes:

- Foundation Plan (1/4"=1'-0" scale)
